Criteria for Returns & Exchanges

You may return unworn, unwashed merchandise, home decor or other items purchased at Choices & More accompanied by an original receipt within 7 days of purchase for a store credit.  All returned or exchanged merchandise must have original tags attached.  Previously purchased merchandise cannot be returned for further discount

Damaged Merchandise

If you receive merchandise from Choices & More that is damaged or incorrect (wrong style, size, or color), please contact Customer Service within 3 days of receipt. A full refund will be issued, along with complimentary return shipping, once the damaged merchandise is returned. Please note that boutiques are unable to refund return shipping to the original payment method for a damaged online order.

Out of Stock Items

Because we are a boutique, our inventory is very limited and exclusive, Choices & More strives to provide our customers with fresh new products, therefore; we rarely reorder an item once it has sold out. Please continue to check our website as we are continually updating our online boutique with great new merchandise you will love.

International Orders

Unfortunately, Choices & More does not ship internationally yet.

P.O. Box Addresses and APO’s

Due to shipper restrictions, shipping is not available for P.O. Box addresses or APO’s.

Modifying Your Order

We are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been processed. You may email Customer Service or call (830) 438-7690 during business hours (Monday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST.) to receive the status of your order.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been received, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.
